UPDATES

During the 30 days after Informatec, has issued the invoice, customers who acquire the CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM have the guaranteed right to updates.

UPGRADE

Upgrading is necessary when there is a new CALL ACCOUNTING SYSTEM with a new model being sold. At the moment, we are discontinuing the STI Windows 2000 version and trading STI Windows Atenas.

EXPANSION

Expansion becomes necessary when it is necessary for the to have its number of extensions increased. For further information, contact out Commercial Department.

TRAINING

Informatec offers Courses on how to use its Products in its Training Center, in São Paulo, which has all the necessary infrastructure for users to best learn how to directly interact with the product in the production environment.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We have a department which is responsible for receiving equipment, manufactured by Informatec, for repair and problem analysis.
